Baltimore fire officials say it was a “coincidence” that three students at a Baltimore school experienced seizures Monday morning.
Fire crews responded to Furman L. Templeton Prep Academy School in the Upton neighborhood Monday morning to assist after reports of a suspicious odor.
But Baltimore fire crews said there was “nothing suspicious” at the school and that the three seizures were “just coincidence.”
Because two of the students were in the same class, city schools spokeswoman Edie House-Foster said, the Hazmat team was called to check the building.
One student was transported to an area hospital, fire officials said.
