Drivers urged to avoid I-95 downtown for Ravens preseason game Saturday

Attendees of Saturday's preseason Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium are encouraged to avoid Interstate 95 close to downtown because of ongoing road work in both the northbound and southbound lanes.

On northbound I-95, lanes split around the city line, with right two lanes accessing the exits for Russell Street and Interstate 395 and no access to those exits from the left two lanes. Ravens officials encouraged drivers to exit at Washington Boulevard and take it to Ostend Street to reach the stadium.

Southbound road work begins at Key Highway on the left shoulder, shifting traffic to the right. Drivers are urged to consider getting off at Key Highway, proceeding straight on McComas Street and taking Hanover Street to Ostend or Hamburg streets to reach the stadium.

The Ravens play the Washington Redskins at 7:30 p.m.
