Luis Nunez, 33, admitted in federal court documents to accepting $3,200 over a 15-month period from brothers Hernan Moreno and Edwin Mejia in exchange for steering motorists involved in accidents to the Rosedale business, instead of a city approved towing company.
Moreno and Mejia are scheduled to be arraigned July 11 in Baltimore's U.S. District Court on a criminal information recently filed against them, signaling that they too are planning to plead guilty, according to attorneys unaffiliated with the case.
