Light rail service will be suspended this weekend along Mt. Royal Avenue in Baltimore for track repairs, the Maryland Transit Administration said Monday.

The shutdown, which will close the Camden Yards, Lexington Market, Mt. Royal and North Avenue stations, will begin 6 p.m. Friday and last until 11 a.m. Sunday, the MTA said. Free shuttle buses will ferry passengers between Camden Yards and North Avenue.

In the case of inclement weather, repairs will take place the following weekend, March 31 to April 2.
