Man's body pulled from water off Thames Street in Fells Point

A man's body was pulled from the water Thursday morning in Fells Point, police said.

Baltimore police said the body of a 23-year-old man who had been missing for nearly 10 days was found floating in the harbor Thursday morning.

Michael Bagley, who lived in the 100 block of E. 32nd St., was reported missing on Nov. 21. Police said he was last seen in the 1700 block of Thames St. in Fells Point.

His body was pulled from the water in Fells Point at about 7:40 a.m. Police said there were no obvious signs of foul play. An autopsy is pending.

Bagley was a 2011 Loyola Blakefield prepatory school graduate. In a statement, school president Anthony Day mourned his death said the school and alumni had spent time searching for Bagley and praying for his return.

"At this time, let us continue to keep Michael and the Bagley family in our prayers," Day wrote.

Day said Bagley was an active student who was elected President of the Student Government Association. He was also a member of the Blakefield Chorus, Boosters, Cura International and Model U.N., Day said.

"Michael made Loyola a better place," Day said. "We won't forget him, or the legacy he has left behind."
