Boy, 15, found fatally stabbed in city; person of interest held

A 15-year-old boy was found fatally stabbed early Tuesday inside a house in the 2400 block of Llewelyn Ave. in East Baltimore, according to police.

The boy was stabbed several times in his upper body and found about 5 a.m. in a closet. Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said a person of interest had been detained after several search warrants were executed.

The stabbing is the city's 189th homicide of the year.

Don't take it personally. There are some people who just troll the comment sections on this site and throw around contrary language because they think it makes them sound smart.

I agree with you ryancjones. He was truly a wonderful young man and he will truly be missed by us all. I am with you. It is easy for outsiders to always assume the worst about young people in Baltimore City as if they deserve what they get because they are from Baltimore. He will be remembered by us all.

It seems that in Baltimore there are enough intelligent people to help address this global disconnect between fantasy violence, fantasy consequences and real violence, real consequences. Are they all only concerned on paper and in government discussions and debates, but not really concerned enough to do something tangible?
