Annie McCann |
The Baltimore Sun identified the boys, arrested late last month and charged as juveniles, as Baltimore 16-year-olds, one living in the 1000 block of New Hope Circle and the other in the 200 block of S. Mason Court.
One of the boys declined to comment, and the other could not be reached. A message left on his mother's cell phone was not returned. The Sun is not naming the juveniles.
Last month, McCann's parents sharply criticized Baltimore police for their "inaction" in the case. No arrests have been made in connection with their daughter's death, which police have suggested was a suicide.

These boys were discovered last fall where they admitted to dumping Annies body behind the dumpster and taking the McCanns car for a joyride. They admitted to being in the company of a few other youths and they were let go without any real consequences. The police said, and continue to say that Annie's case is a simple suicide and as a result, pushing the arrest of these boys was unnecessary. Many of us disagree...
