A man was shot in the head and torso early Friday in the 1600 block of Presstman St., the third fatal shooting on the West Baltimore street in the past week, according to city police. Officers responded to a report of gunshots about 1:15 a.m. at North Gilmor and Presstman streets. The man was found on the south side of Presstman Street, police said. He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead an hour later. He is the 151st homicide victim of the year in Baltimore, two more than at this time a year ago, police said.
