( Amy Davis, Baltimore Sun / November 12, 2012 ) Water rushes down E. Madison Street toward Guilford Avenue as a storekeeper at right from the Mount Vernon Market Center looks on. A water main break on E. Madison Street near Guilford Avenue caused local street flooding and forced the closure of both Madison Street east of N. Calvert St., and Guilford Avenue from E. Madison to E. Read Streets. |
