150 years later, 'Frederick Douglass' in Baltimore for 'A Friendly Word'

Frederick Douglass reenactor Steven A. Cole was in Baltimore Sunday to reenct "A Friendly Word to Maryland," a speech delivered 150 years ago when Douglas was at Sharp Street Church to mark Maryland's Emancipation. In the speech, Douglass urged Marylanders to enfranchise African-Americans.
