( Amy Davis, Baltimore Sun / November 12, 2012 ) The parking lot of the Mount Vernon Marketplace was flooded by a water main break on E. Madison Street near Guilford Avenue. The break caused local street flooding and forced the closure of both Madison Street east of N. Calvert St., and Guilford Avenue from E. Madison to E. Read Streets. |
