4. Fast-moving currents carry the overturned boat toward the Key Bridge, where it is recovered.

A squall moved through downtown Baltimore and the Inner Harbor around the time the boat capsized. National Weather Service reported choppy seas with winds gusting near 50 mph. The water temperature was in the 40s.
