Ted Houk, Ph.D., recreates a run that he does every morning from his home in Lutherville along N. Charles St. to work at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson. He's identifiable in that he doesn't wear a shirt, has a long, braided ponytail, and carries his bag.
