Light rail: The Mass Transit Administration will operate a shuttle bus bridge this morning between its Patapsco and North Avenue stops, with buses traveling along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Eutaw Street and North Avenue.
The buses will go directly from the North Avenue to Patapsco stations with no stops in-between. Expect major delays, as the buses will be navigating through heavy traffic.
Service will be normal from Patapsco Avenue to the Cromwell Station in Glen Burnie.
Metro: The Metro will be operating on a normal schedule today, except that the State Center Metro Center, near the State Office Building, will be closed. The MTA says the Metro is the best way to get into the city.
MARC: The Camden Line will operate only between St. Denise Station and Union Station in Washington. The MTA encourages Camden Line riders to use the Dorsey Station parking lot or if possible take the Penn Line, which will follow its normal schedule. There is no parking at the St. Denise Station.
Buses: No MTA buses will be crossing Howard Street between Mount Royal Avenue and Pratt Street. Buses will let all passengers off on either side of Howard Street.
