Taps at Victoria Gastro Pub
Pictured are some of the draft beer taps at Victoria Gastro Pub in Columbia. Randy Marriner, owner of Victoria Gastro Pub, is trying to get legislation passed that will allow his pub and others to sell growler, refillable beer-to-go jugs, to customers. Previously, the Howard County delegation was successful in getting a bill passed. Marriner was selling the growlers for a while but the state stopped the practice because state liquor law prohibit beer-to-go sales by restaurant and pubs that do not sell its own microbrew beers.
