Sarita Santillan, 20, left, who is also a volunteer, fills out an application, with all her documents in the box on her lap. Assisting her are volunteers Oscar Cruz, 18, center, and Kevin Hernandez, 16. All live in Baltimore CIty, but Santillan is originally from Peru, and the other two volunteers are from El Salvador. Hundreds came to Casa de Maryland in East Baltimore to get assistance in filling out applications to take advantage of the Dream Act.
