Lam/Baltimore Sun / October 26, 2012 ) Another new law being referred to the voters, sometimes called the "Dream Act," would allow some undocumented immigrants to pay the lower, in-state college tuition rate in Maryland if they met certain conditions such as attending a Maryland high school and filing income taxes. In November, will you vote for the Dream Act or against it? |
