Memorial ceremony for Maj. Robert Marchanti II

A memorial ceremony Thursday at the 5th Regiment Armory honored Maj. Robert Marchanti II, 48, who died Feb. 25 in Kabul, after being fatally shot during an attack on the Afghan Interior Ministry. He was assigned to the 29th Infantry Division Security Partnering Team of the Maryland Army National Guard
