Prague, Czech Republic

The reconstruction of the 1667 Brick Chapel at St. Mary's City was guided by the archaeological remains of the structure, which was demolished early in the 1700s, and by the architectural practices of the 17th century Jesuits who built it. Designers relied on precedents found in 17th century Jesuit chapels from around the world. This is an example from Prague, Czech Republic.
