the committee works to help facilitate the Odenton Town Master Plan, adopted in 2009 to promote development of a transit-oriented, mixed-used community. The committee is comprised of nine members, all of whom are appointed by the county executive and serve a three-year term. There are no term limits.

The committee meets the last Tuesday of each month. Members work with county officials, citizens, and businesses to help implement the Master Plan.
