Anne Arundel County Police arrested a man who they said stabbed another man during a fight at a Glen Burnie light rail station Tuesday night.

An officer patrolling near the Cromwell station saw two men fighting shortly after 10 p.m., police said.

By the time the officer got to the scene of the fight, a 22-year-old man who had been stabbed told the officer that the other man had hopped on a train. Police officers stopped the train and arrested 29-year-old Joshua Lakieth Craft of the 700 block of Fallsway in Baltimore on charges of first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

The 22-year-old man was treated at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie for stab wounds to his torso.

Police did not say why the men were fighting.
