Power still out for family with disabled daughter in Pasadena

Carl Ratliff looks at the wreckage from where a tree hit power lines and caused a utility pole to snap Friday, leaving the neighborhood on Pekin Rd. in Pasadena powerless since Friday on Monday March 5th, 2018. His family is especially concerned because they have a 33 year old severely disabled daughter who cannot leave the home for long, and have been running two generators to keep heat on and the refrigerator running.
