Baltimore man arrested in domestic assault

A man was stabbed and a woman was assaulted early Saturday morning in Glen Burnie in what appears to be a domestic disturbance between two men and a woman, Anne Arundel County police said.

Police responding to an incident at the 300 block of Klagg Court at approximately 12:52 a.m., said that Carlos Ellis Spencer, 28, of Baltimore forced his way into the residence and cut a male victim with a knife. The male victim sustained non-life threatening injuries before fleeing the scene, police said.

Spencer then attacked the 30-year-old female victim, who tried to flee but was restrained by the suspect, police said. Police arrested Spencer, who has been charged with first- and second-degree assault, first-degree burglary and additional charges, police said.
