Anti-bullying program RN Susan Schwartzman presents "An Introduction to Anti-Bullying Awareness" at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19. The program's purpose is to help grandparents gain knowledge about types of bullying, and to share anti-bullying initiatives and community resources.
Weight-loss program Dietitian Sheryl Hoehner will offer a seven-session class on weight loss from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursdays. Topics will include pointers on losing weight, decreasing sodium and increasing fiber in your diet, and strategies for reducing overindulgence during the holidays. Fee is $25.
