'Take Me Out to the Ball Game' The event takes place at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11. Seniors are encouraged to wear gear from their favorite teams and enjoy peanuts and Cracker Jack during a screening of baseball bloopers. The event also features a Home Run Derby contest. The center will observe a moment of silence in remembrance of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Safe driving training AARP offers safe driving training from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30. Cost is $14, $12 for AARP members. Registration required.

'Ask the Undertaker' Ryan Helfenbein will give a presentation at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24. Topics include options for eulogizing compatible with Catholic traditions, writing an obituary and its costs, involving family members in a life tribute, and services that provide a more casual atmosphere.
