Flower mart The Four Rivers Garden Club will hold its annual Flower Mart from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 30 at the Market House in downtown Annapolis. An assortment of native plants and perennials from members' gardens as well as cut flowers and attic treasures will be offered for sale. Club members will fashion May baskets from cut flowers and offer expert advice on flower arranging for the novice. Flower-arranging workshops are scheduled for 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Cost is $25-$35.
