Flower mart The Four Rivers Garden Club will hold its annual flower mart from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 30 outside the Market House at the Annapolis City Dock. For sale will be native plants and perennials from members' gardens, made-to-order May Day baskets, cut flowers and herbs, as well as home-baked breads and cookies. Proceeds benefit community projects as well as the region's historic homes and gardens.
