Chamber music The Aulos Ensemble presents "If Music be the Food of Love" at 8 p.m. in St. John's College's Francis Scott Key Auditorium, 60 College Ave. in Annapolis. Free and open to the public. Formed in 1973 by five Juilliard graduates, the ensemble consists of flutist Christopher Krueher, oboist Marc Schachman, violinist Linda Quan, cellist Myron Lutzke and harpsichordist Arthur Haas. Music and dance Classical pianist Brian Ganz and modern dancer Cynthia Word will be joined by Peabody trained pianist Beverly Babcock and contemporary dancer Ingrid Zimmer for a program intertwining piano and contemporary dance. Flower mart The Four Rivers Garden Club will hold its annual Flower Mart from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 30 at the Market House in downtown Annapolis. An assortment of native plants and perennials from members' gardens as well as cut flowers and attic treasures will be offered for sale. Club members will fashion May baskets from cut flowers and offer expert advice on flower arranging for the novice. Flower-arranging workshops are scheduled for 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Cost is $25-$35.
