Summer film series
Congregation Kneseth Israel's summer film series continues at 1125 Spa Road in Annapolis. Screenings at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $5 per person and include popcorn and soft drinks. Information: knesethisrael.org.

Tours of the Thomas Point Shoal lighthouse will be held at 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Saturdays, July 20; Aug. 17, 24 and Sept. 14, 28. Visitors can learn about how lighthouse keepers lived, other lighthouses on the Chesapeake Bay and how many are still around. Tickets are $70 per person. Reservations required. The Colonial Players will hold auditions at 7 p.m. Monday, July 15 for "Communicating Doors," Alan Ayckbourn's comic thriller that will be presented in September. The Quiet Waters Park Summer Concert Series featuring a variety of musical styles take place at 6 p.m. Saturdays at 600 Quiet Waters Park Road in Annapolis.
