Herndon Monument Climb
This year's Herndon Monument Climb at the U.S. Naval Academy took the first-year midshipmen 2 hours, 35 minutes and 59 seconds to replace a plebe's "Dixie cup" cap affixed to the top of the monument with an officer's white cover.
