NBA Hall-of-Famer David Robinson honed his basketball skills while playing at the Naval Academy from 1983-87 (which explains his nickname, "Admiral"); he earned consensus All-American honors in his junior and senior years. During a 14-season career with the San Antonio Spurs, he scored more than 20,000 points (including 71 in a single game) and won two NBA championships. And, of course, he was a member of the Dream Team, which stormed to Olympic gold in 1992.
