Severna Park wins on overtime goal by Belloff

Drew Belloff took a feed from Sam Kriel and scored an overtime goal to give Severna Park a 1-0 victory over Old Mill on Thursday.

Sam Farrell made two saves for Severna Park (13-0-1), which will face Meade in Tuesday’s county championship game at 7 p.m. at Broadneck. Old Mill fell to 6-7-1.

SEVERN 2, PARK 1 (OT): Nate Gauthier scored the game-winner for the Admirals (7-11). Jake Van Gieson scored and Devin McCarthy and Trevor Shanahan had assists. Shanahan made four saves.

NORTHEAST 1, ANNAPOLIS 0: Jayin Albury, off an assist from Cole Switzer, posted the game-winning goal on a header a that 79:50 mark of the match for the Eagles (2-11). Nathan Berry stopped five shots in the victory. The Panthers fell to 2-11-1.

ARUNDEL 3, SOUTHERN 0: Spencer Hanks booted in a pair of goals and Josh Weyand added a third score for the Wildcats, who improved to 7-4-2. Jack Hartford had an assist and Josh Wick stopped eight shots in the win. The Bulldogs dropped to 6-8.

CHESAPEAKE 4, GLEN BURNIE 0: Patrick Miller, John Adams, Miguel Oliveria and Nick Benson scored for the Cougars (8-4-2). Kyle Reider made six saves to preserve the shutout. The Gophers fall to 1-10-1.

SOUTH RIVER 2, NORTH COUNTY 0: Alden Sullivan and Brien Hill scored and Kyle Berkowitz made three saves for the Seahawks (9-2-3). Sullivan and Jared Mundie had assists. Chris Martel made nine saves for the Knights (7-5-1).
