15-year-old arrested in Pasadena armed robbery

Police arrested a 15-year-old boy Wednesday after he allegedly robbed a convenience store at gunpoint in Pasadena.

Anne Arundel County police said officers were called to the Royal Farms at 2500 Mountain Road at 2:23 a.m. for a report of an armed robbery.

A clerk told police a man came into the store brandishing a handgun and demanded money.

Officers were able to apprehend him after police said he was seen at Mountain Road and Edwin Raynor Boulevard.

Police identified the suspect as a 15-year-old male from Laurel. He was charged as a juvenile with armed robbery.
