Two men were treated at the hospital for gunshot wounds Saturday as police said they were involved in a shooting in Glen Burnie.

Anne Arundel County police said officers responded to a report of two men being treated for gunshot wounds at Baltimore Washington Medical Center at 2:22 a.m.

The two men — a 50-year-old and 46-year-old, both from Glen Burnie — told officers a car had driven up next to theirs while in the area of Furnace Branch Road and Route 10 and the front passenger shot at them.

Both were not seriously injured during the shooting and police said they drove themselves to hospital for superficial wounds they suffered to their upper bodies.

The victims told police they did not believe it was a random act and investigators are still searching for suspects in the shooting.
