It didn't take long for cops to catch the guy they say robbed a woman on a Harlem subway platform. The man first hit last Friday at the 110th Street Central Park North Station, but now cops say he is behind bars.

It all started at about 8:15 a.m. Friday, when a 43-year-old woman was on the platform for the No. 2 and 3 train at the 110 Street Central Park North station.

According to police, 25-year-old Levonn Allen attacked her bruising her face before stealing her cell phone and taking off.

She was treated at a local hospital and released.

The hunt for a suspect was on and finally ended with Thursday's early morning arrest of Levonn Allen, who local residents say lives in a shelter across the street from the subway station.
