A Long Island woman accused of fatally stabbing her husband more than a dozen times pleaded not guilty Saturday.

Kathleen Prisco attacked her husband during a domestic dispute at their Fort Salonga home Friday, prosecutors said. Cops found Ralph Prisco, 54, with more than a dozen stab wounds on the floor of his foyer. He was rushed to Stony Brook University Medical Center by helicopter where he was pronounced dead.

Cops found Mrs. Prisco in the couple's bedroom, where she reportedly told them she had taken over-the-counter medication.

At her lawyer's request, Prisco is on suicide watch at a Riverhead jail. Her bail hearing has been postponed until Monday.
