New Orleans police have arrested one of two men they suspect of participating in a home invasion that ended with the deaths of three people and the wounding of a fourth.

Officer Shereese Harper said 22-year-old Charles Franklin was booked Monday with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.

The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office identified the victims in Thursday night's shooting as Kewanda Harris, Karen Matthews and Desmond Harris, Kewanda's brother.

The wounded woman was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

Harper tells The Times-Picayune that police are still looking for 17-year-old Dwayne Johnson.

Police believe the home invasion involved the sale and distribution of narcotics.
