At Vintners Own in Northwest Harris County, a team of 'wine pros' will help you custom make your own barrel of vino.
The owner Silvano Payne is a winemaker, he has been in the wine industry for 13 years.
Payne is a vineyard owner in Sonoma, California.
He opened Vintners Own in Houston one year ago.
Customers do a flavor profile, then sort through grapes at the rented warehouse inside the Loop.
Once their grapes are selected, the juice is placed in a barrel to mature.
One barrel produces 300 bottles of wine.
Barrel's cost between $6,500 and $12,500.
