Guard opens maintenance shop
The Maryland National Guard will mark the opening of its new Dundalk Field Maintenance Shop at 2101 North Point Blvd. with a ceremony at 9 a.m. today.
The 20,000-square-foot facility at the Dundalk Armory will provide centralized maintenance to more than 275 military vehicles, along with other equipment, and will serve 15 units in the Baltimore area, officials said..
It replaces a 50-year-old, 3,500-square-foot facility.
