Suicide-awareness concert planned
The Rosenbloom Owings Mills Jewish Community Center will hold a suicide-awareness concert from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at 3506 Gwynnbrook Ave.
The "For Teens By Teens" concert will benefit To Write Love On Her Arms, a nonprofit national suicide awareness organization, and JCC scholarships.
