Villa Julie plans graduation events
Villa Julie College will hold commencement ceremonies for more than 500 graduating students at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. tomorrow in the gymnasium on the Stevenson campus.
The commencement speaker will be Baltimore native Farai Chideya, host of National Public Radio's News and Notes. She and U.S. Rep. John Sarbanes will receive honorary degrees from the college.
Because of the commencement, the MTA buses on the M10 Line going to the college will be diverted to alternate routes from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. northbound and southbound. For MTA information, call 410-539-5000.
