18-year-old charged in rape, assault
An 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged with raping and sexually assaulting an 18-year-old woman at gunpoint July 5 in the 200 block of Homevale Court in Reisterstown, Baltimore County police said yesterday.
Donta A. Ramsey of the 100 block of Glyndon Drive in Reisterstown was charged yesterday with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual offense after investigators received tips from people in the community, police said.
The victim told police that about 9:30 p.m. July 5 a man with a black bandanna covering his face put a handgun to her head and forced her through an opening in a fence, according to court documents. She told police that the man raped her and then forced her to perform a sexual act on him, according to the documents.
