BALTIMORE
Central

Shooting A man was shot in the back about 4:45 p.m. yesterday in the 1100 block of Druid Hill Ave. and was taken by a city Fire Department ambulance to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was treated for wounds not considered to be life-threatening. Anyone having information is urged to call the district's detective unit at 410-396-2411.

Stolen vehicle A silver 2004 Toyota 4-Runner with tags 575M406 was stolen between Friday and Monday in the 2100 block of E. Lombard St.

Assault A man, 38, was standing in a pavilion at Patterson Park in the 2600 block of E. Baltimore St. about 3 a.m. Monday when he was attacked by at least one other male, who knocked him to the ground. Police said the man was unconscious when found by district officers and was in critical condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Robbery Police were seeking a man armed with a handgun who assaulted and robbed a couple of medication and more than $200 in the 500 block of S. Broadway about 1:30 a.m. Friday. Both victims suffered minor injuries and refused medical attention. The robbery was reported Monday.

Burglary Someone broke into Matthew's Pizzaria in the 3100 block of Eastern Ave. through the front door, entered the kitchen and stole alcoholic beverages valued at $10.

Burglary Copper piping valued at $2,000 was stolen from a house in the 600 block of N. Belnord Ave. between June 18 and Sunday by someone who entered through the basement window.

Burglary Computer discs and an undisclosed sum of money were stolen over the weekend from Kosciuzko Federal Savings Bank in the 1600 block of Eastern Ave. by someone who entered through the front door.

Theft An iPod valued at nearly $300 was stolen Monday from a 2005 Hyundai parked in the 100 block of N. Rose St.

Burglary Ten cartons of cigarettes, lottery tickets and an undisclosed sum of money were stolen between Sunday and Monday from C&Y Carryout in 4800 block of Pimlico Road by someone who entered by removing an air conditioner from a window.

Stolen vehicle A 1997 green Acura with tags 22127CB was stolen Monday in the 3900 block of Clarinth Road.

Assaults Police were seeking two men armed with baseball bats who assaulted five other men during a street fight in the 3700 block of Falls Road about 10:30 p.m. Monday. The victims suffered head injuries and were treated at four area hospitals.

Burglary Two DVD players valued at $200 were stolen from a house in the 3600 block of Greenmount Ave. by someone who entered through a rear door.

Theft At least 20-feet of copper guttering was stolen over the weekend from a house in the first block of York Court.

White Marsh

Home invasion Three men forced their way into a house in the 9900 block of Redwing Drive about 11 p.m. Sunday and assaulted a man and a woman before robbing them of a watch, a computer and other property. The robbery was reported Monday.

Burglary On Friday, someone forced open videogames in the lobby of a movie theater in the 8100 block of Honeygo Blvd. and removed an undisclosed sum of coins and currency. The theft was discovered Monday.

Burglary A DVD player and several DVDs were stolen Monday from a house in the first block of Gilland Court by someone who forced a rear basement window. Total value of the property was $600.

Robbery Two men, one with a handgun, entered Royal Farms in the 500 block of W. Seminary Ave. about 10:40 p.m. Monday and forced the clerk to give them the contents of a cash register. Before fleeing, the robbers also stole at least one carton of cigarettes.

Robbery A man armed with three handguns entered the office at Rite Aid in the 11900 block of Reisterstown Road about 5 a.m. Monday and forced the manager to give him money from a safe and a cash register. The gunman then ordered the manager and a second employee into the pharmacy and forced them onto the floor before fleeing.

Burglary Five motorcycle uniforms and six motorcycle helmets were stolen between Sunday and Monday from Motoneck in the 11400 block of Cronridge Drive by someone who entered through a window. The equipment was valued at $6,000.

Burglary Police were seeking three men who broke into ATT&T Wireless in the 10300 block of Reisterstown Road through a rear door Monday and stole 182 cell phones. Police said the break-in occurred between 6:57 a.m. and 7:03 a.m.

Pikesville

Burglary Twenty pairs of designer jeans were stolen early Monday from The Purse Store on Hook's Lane. The jeans were valued at $200 each and entry was through a door.

Robbery Two men, one armed with a shotgun, robbed 7-Eleven on Greenwood Place of an undisclosed sum of money about 3 a.m. Monday. Before the men fled the store, they forced an employee into a stand-up freezer. After several minutes, the unharmed employee left the freezer and called police.
