Timeline: Dixon's ties to developer
•Aug. 28, 2003 - Dixon and then-Mayor Martin O'Malley meet regarding Frankford Estates, a Lipscomb development.•Dec. 4, 2003 - Lipscomb and Dixon both travel to Boston, according to bank records. Lipscomb's American Express credit card is charged $1,231 for one night's lodging at the Four Seasons in Boston.
•Dec. 24, 2003 - Lipscomb's vice president purchases a $2,000 gift certificate at Mano Swartz, a Lutherville furrier. He is later reimbursed by Lipscomb's company, Doracon.
•Jan. 15, 2004 - Dixon purchases a Persian lamb coat and a mink coat at Mano Swartz using a $2,000 gift certificate. She pays the rest, $766, herself.
•Jan. 21, 2004 - Dixon and Lipscomb travel to Colorado.
•Feb. 26, 2004 - Dixon, Lipscomb and Prince George's County Democratic Sen. Ulysses Currie, now under federal investigation, meet. No information is provided about the nature of the meeting.
•March 23-24, 2004 - Dixon and Lipscomb travel to Chicago. Bank records show that Dixon's $1,518 flight is paid for by Lipscomb's vice president.
•Nov. 22, 2004 - The City Council, including Dixon, votes to approve zoning bills for Waterview Overlook, a project that Lipscomb is involved with.
•Aug. 17, 2006 - Prosecutors seize the computer of Dixon's former campaign chairman, Dale G. Clark.
•Jan. 21, 2007 - Dixon's staff meets with owners of the Black Olive Inn and asks them to include Lipscomb in their project.
