Summary

An All-America offensive tackle at Florida State, Tra Thomas was a first-round draft pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in 1998 - 11th overall - and has been fixture at the left tackle position ever since. Heading into the 2007 season, Thomas ranked fourth in team history in games played for an offensive lineman with 135 and three times was named to the Pro Bowl. In recent years, he dropped "Tra" as his first name and asked to be called by his full name: William Thomas III.
