EL CAJON, Calif.—In response to a recent rash of graffiti, El Cajon police Monday planned to announce a tagger tip line that will lead to cash rewards of up to $2,000 for those who help nab the criminals.
City of El Cajon officials, along with the El Cajon Community Development Corporation and San Diego County Crime Stoppers, were scheduled to announce the tip line at 2 p.m., with a billboard unveiling at the Prescott Promenade on East Main Street.
