Not sure what to do with that old computer or battered furniture you need to get rid of?

In honor of Earth Day, the city of Dallas will host a spring recycling roundup Saturday for hard-to-recycle items. The city's sanitation department will help recycle mattresses, tires, video games, cell phones and used cooking oil -- along with more commonly recycled items.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at four Dallas locations:

-Central Market, 5750 E. Lovers Lane

-Elliot's Hardware, 4901 Maple Ave.

-Everglade Park, 5100 N. Jim Miller Road

-Fretz Park, 6990 Belt Line Road

Residents can also get documents shredded at each location.

The first 50 people to drop off items will win two movie passes.
