A 48-year-old business owner pleaded gulity to copyright infringement and aiding and abetting today after his business burned DVD movies and sold them for $5 each.

Osborne Lowe faces up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and restitution. Lowe's employee and son-in-law, 26-year-old Robert Campbell Jr. of Tulsa, Okla., also pleaded guilty to the same crime

Lowe owned the business Movies and CDs in the 9000 block of Bruton Road in Dallas. Authorities said Campbell obliged customers asking for copies of movies. Campbell burned the DVDs while customers waited and sold them for $5 each.

Lowe and Campbell admitted to pirating more than 150 movies, including 27 Dresses, Bee Movie, Gone Baby Gone, Why Did I Get Married, Rambo and Mad Money. Authorities confiscated 3,700 DVDs.

Campbell is scheduled to be sentences on July 6; Lowe is scheduled to be sentenced on July 6.
