Facebook has issued a statement on photos posted to its site that contain breastfeeding images.  It comes just a day after mom's protested worldwide, including Dallas, saying the social network has been removing images and suspending users who post breastfeeding pictures online.

In the statement, Facebook says it agrees breastfeeding is natural but it will remove any pictures that contain a "full exposed breast".  Last week, Facebook removed more than 250,000 supporters from the " Hey Facebook, breastfeeding is not obscene" group.
