At least two people are dead after a fiery plane crash in a Vancouver, B.C. suburb.

A Vancouver International Airport spokesperson says the small passenger plane was coming ino the Vancouver Airport around 10:30 p.m. Thursday when it crashed near the rear of an IKEA store in Richmond.

The plane had taken off from Victoria.

Witnesses report seeing flames shoot up 100 feet or higher into the air.

The identities of the two victims have not been released.
